Penis enlargement exercises are the best form of penis enlargement for men, not only are they a lot safer than many methods but they are also a lot safer. Doing any kind of exercise is always a better option, most patches and creams don’t help with penis enlargement and some can also cause some unsavory side effects. Natural penis enlargement exercises are definitely the best way to proceed when you want to increase the size of your penis.
If you’re reading this it’s more than likely that you are wanting to increase the size of your penis and you’ve probably tried at least one other method (unsuccessfully). Don’t get disheartened guy’s, I tried several methods before I actually found successful results using natural penis enlargement exercises.
I actually bought a few e-books which I thought would help with penis enlargement but when I actually read them, some of them were just down right dangerous so always read through the entire process before starting.

Here’s a little preview of what I went though to increase my penis length by 2 inches and my girth by nearly an inch. Please note that this is only a sample and it’s not the entire course.
The most important part of any exercise (including penis enlargement exercises) is consistency, so many people fail at these programs because they either skip through the program missing part out or they just give up if they don’t see immediate results. Seriously, you have had a small penis for years – a few extra weeks will make all the difference IF you stick to the program.
I started my penis enlargement program using the suggested method of 5 days on and 2 days off. The reason for the 2 days off is to allow the muscles in the penis to heal. If you do decide to try any program you MUST take at least 2 days off out of 7 to allow recovery – ignoring this can lead to some painful problems.
Week One:
The Warm Up – Approximately 6 minutes
Using a large cloth or small towel, soak it in warm water until it’s completely wet and warm. Wring out the towel to get rid of any excess water.
Wrap the towel loosely but not too loose around your penis and testicles and leave it there for about two minutes or so. Repeat these steps 3 times to ensure that the penis is nice and warmed up. Alternatively you could have a hot bath. This warm up process draws blood into the areas of the penis which improves circulation, limbers the connective tissue around the pubic wall and reduces the chance of injury during penis enlargement exercises.
Stretching For Length – 2 minutes
This part can be done seated or standing, I preferred standing as it actually felt more effective (you will find what is comfortable for you). Start with your thumb and forefinger wrapped around your flaccid penis (just below the head). Gently pull away from the body (straight out), similar to masturbation but in reverse and then slowly return to the starting position, repeat this exercise 10 times in a steady rhythmic motion. There are more exercises to this section, this is just an overview of my first week.
Circulation – 1 minute
Slap your penis gently against each leg, 30 times per leg (no joking) this will ensure that the blood is circulating properly and accessing all parts of the penis, this also help with the recovery process.
The program I use for my penis enlargement exercises is a very extensive one, it also contains videos and easy to follow instructions, many other programs don’t offer this kind of information.
